Unable to access the XBOX "Quests" Feature.

In settings>system>updates> console/games&apps, do you or did you have "Keep . . up to date" unchecked?

In My Games and Apps, under Updates, do you or did you have any for The Store or any other green ones for the console?

 

I'm also looking at my advertising and privacy settings. The promo is being run by helloworld. If they scraped all the consoles at the begining of the month and a setting they needed (like advertising ID) was off, that may explain it.

 

I called in this time and got a ticket in to their "Rangers" team for unorthodox problems that have no SOP methods by which to fix the issue. I got another ticket number and they said the tier 3 people would have to manually add it to my account because
apparently some information that qualifies me is missing from my Xbox account on the back end. I'll let you guys know if there's a definite fix, but this guy seemed to know what he was talking about despite not being able to fix the issue himself, and he wasn't
from the phillipines either, so that's a plus.

Spoke with another representative tonight after not hearing back from the rangers team after 4 days and this person isn't going to check with the rangers ticket because there is "no need", says it's a "promotional issue" that they're not going to be able
to fix it when we've clearly established it's an issue with our affected profiles. Removing our profiles had no effect, we've moved profiles to a new xbox, still no tile. Put my friends or girlfriends profile on my xbox, and they have the tile. It's not an
issue with the xbox, it's an issue inside the profile. He also tried stating that it was a temporary promotion that was almost over when the website clearly states this will be going on monthly and each month 3 new quests will be posted. After that he put
his manager on the phone since he couldn't help me and the manager just kept stating that I just have to keep waiting. Promised timelines apparently mean nothing here. I understand it's not something he can fix, but they're not willing to put in a ticket to
someone that's able to fix it. Either that, or microsoft lacks the processes by which to escalate an issue that their representatives are incapable of fixing due to lack of ability. Anyway, he referred me again TO THE FORUMS... (Hmm wonder where I've heard
that before) Which puts me right back here. Guess I'll call in tomorrow again. Time to play roulette, although i feel bad for ruining these poor agents repeat rate. If anyone else having this issue is able to please call in, and reference this forum post,
let them know what we've done, let them know we need help, and it's an issue specific to our profiles.

 

i have talked to them numerous times, but still no tile have done everything they have which i stated previously and i have referred them to this forum which they read and still half way didnt know what i was talking about and what to do. again issue still
NOT fixed.

 

Ok, so per xbox support VIA TWITTER. We're still eligible to complete the quests, despite not having that tile. He linked me this... http://xbx.lv/2xR1Rzc and told me that the rules and current quest goals can be located
there, we can complete them and we'll still be eligible and entered for the quests completion. Apparently having the tile adds no functionality to the questing feature. I still asked him to put in a ticket or refer it to a tech guy that can help so we can
actually access it like the rest of the people out there, but this is the best news I've heard to date.
