Unable to access the XBOX "Quests" Feature.

I need help accessing the new quests feature outlined in this page.

I go to my dashboard and select games with gold, and apparently it's supposed to be under the "Featured" section as shown in the link below but all i have is the 14 day game pass and the games with gold video tile.

Can you please help me figure out why I don't have access to this "Xbox Quests" Tile even though it's being advertised on my original home screen 'Games with gold" button?

Aution House Not working

I am unable to access my Aution House in the game but I am able to access all online features like freeroam, co-op and Adventure.

 

Enforcement Action

I am unable to access xbox live gold features because my account its still, under an enforcement action. However, my enforcement action was listed on the 6/12/2017.

The quests tile does not show up on my xbox

 

yes i am having exact same problem.

 

For reference, this is what my Xbox gold section looks like.

 

The photo is x'd out for me but I'll bet it is the three GWG tiles on the left and only the gamepass and GWG tiles on the right

I have my updates set to manual. When I first noticed the Quests tile was missing, I checked my updates. There was an update for The Store in my list under My Games and Apps.

I installed that but it didn't help. I've restarted using the long press on the power button and the full shutdown from settings. Didn't work. I checked for updates the next day and there was a second update for The Store, installed but Quests tile still
not showing.

I'm also running a beta OS through insiders.

Those are the only things I can think of that might be different from the average user.

Ok, So i'm eligible. It doesn't resolve the issue though.

 

I'm not running the Insider beta update thing and i still don't have it. So that confirms it's not a beta issue.

 

So if I don't want to pay for Gamepass, the only option is to pay for a mail in entry?

Instead of a Gold promotion this should be a Gamepass promotion.

i have factory reset, hard restarted, removed profile and restarted then added profile back, signed out then in, cleared alt. mac address and restarted. . just about everthing u can do , and quest feature still dosnt show up.
