    Unable to access the Xbox Preview Dashboard app


    It says Thanks for joining! And You'll get a service message on your Xbox One soon with more info. I was able to access it before I Factory Reset my xbox because my xbox wasn't working or something I forgot. My friend got the update to make his xbox backwards
    compatible but I didn't even though were both Xbox Preview members. Just wondering if I can get an answer for this and get some help.

    Unable to access Preview Program forums

    My Xbox One recently was updated with the New Xbox One Experience dashboard as part of the preview and I have since lost access to the Xbox Preview Dashboard app as it says "This app is for the Xbox Preview Program members only." I am also unable to access
    the preview program forums on the Xbox website as it reports back "Group not found".

    please post about your issue in the preview forums here and they should be able to help get you up and running again.

    Ah, that's a message that pops up if you don't have the correct forum access.

    The main support team will be able to sort your access out once they see this thread - please bear in mind that after seeing this post they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do at the mo - so they will get to you as soon as they can!
