Unable to access the xbox.com changegamertag website

I try to change my gamertag but the webpage doesn't load, instead showing a grey background.

There is a error popup that shows for a split second in my address bar that I am unable to copy.

Hello, are you able to try changing your Gamertag through the Xbox Companion App on a Windows PC or directly through your Xbox console (if you have one)? If so, I'd advise changing the Gamertag through there for the time being.

I forgot to mention that I have tried other browsers and devices and even tried to clear my cookies but nothing changes unfortunately
