    I am a member of the preview program but I am unable to access the private preview forums.

    Hi there S Duffy16!

    If a friend has invited you to the preview you'll need to wait until you're sent an invite via Xbox Live messaging from the preview team. As of now the Xbox One Update Preview is rather full and invites have slowed down. Keep an eye out and if you're invited
    and still can't access the forums let us know Unable to access the preview forums :)

    You should have access to the Xbox One Preview Update forums now.

    Well let's see today I sat on the phone for over 2 hours with Microsoft for my Xbox One. I have been unable to play any of my downloaded games or unable to have my profile read my licensing agreements to the games I have downloaded after I had an update
    2 days ago also my Xbox says that it is not registered to my account which it is but can someone please help me this is frustrating
