    unable to access store on an account


    my nephew's account is unable to access the store from his xbox one. it just says the content is unavailable. when the profile is signed out, the store is available again. i have tried restarting his xbox, clearing alternate mac address, and some other things
    suggested from the internet. nothing has worked. is there anyway to figure out why its not working, and how to fix it?

    What happens when you try to view the Xbox Store on the console? Let's have you try to Power Cycle the console and see if that helps first.

    How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console    .

    i have been unable to access the xbox one store on my xbox one or even search for specific games i want to install/buy. i have even tried to select the gaME on your website and it will not auto install like it is supposed 2 or even show up in my games and
    apps.

    have the account with gamepass set to home xbox. if you are still unable to access gamepass you should be able to download directly from the store.
