Unable to Access Settings, Alternate Method Available?

I am having a hard time with my Xbox One. Whenever I press the Center button on my controller to access the settings menu, the sound activates and the screen dims, but the menu never appears from the left side of the screen. When I move the sticks, it
continues to move my cursor around on the now dim original screen.

I've attempted to load games and apps, and none of them are working. So I'm attempting to do a factory reset without losing all of my save data through the settings menu, but I can't even access that. Is there an alternate/backdoor method to access the
settings that I'm not thinking about? Thanks!

Battlefield 1 error code 0x80832003

solved :

Xbox was unable to find any wireless networks.

Resolution steps:

1. Go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac address

2. Clear and restart

“Call” you mean via phone? Is the phone the same if I am in Russia?

Most people who have been experiencing this issue have said that a hard reset fixes it. If you haven't tried that yet, I'd definitely do that first. Hold the power button for about 5-10 seconds until the console powers down. Wait about a minute, unplug the
console for a few minutes and plug it back in, then power it up. This is a lot easier than a factory reset and worth trying if you haven't yet.

If a hard reset doesn't work, you can do a factory reset of the console like this: -

1. Power the console completely down. Unplug the power cord for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

2. Press and hold the bind (controller sync) and eject buttons on the console and while holding them in, tap the power button on the console.

3. Continue holding the bind and eject buttons. After about 10-15 seconds you will hear 2 lots of power up tones. Once you hear those, you can let go of the buttons and the console will then boot up into the start-up troubleshooter and you'll see the factory
reset option there.

I've never actually reset an Xbox in this way, so I don't know if you still get the choice of keeping your games/apps installed or not, but if you don't and you don't have your stuff on an external, as long as your console has been connected to Live while
you've been using it, your saves will have been backed up in the cloud and will sync as you launch each individual game/app once you get back up and running. Obviously if you have no external and there is no option to keep your games/apps installed, you would
have to reinstall/re-download everything.

There is no option to choose that payment method. The way the system works is that your credit is accessed first and then alternate payment methods (ie. credit card/paypal) are chosen if there is still a balance owing.

I understand that. However, the alternate blood code for Mia does not appear in the basement of the home base. The alternative Mia set comes with the season pass. It is downloaded, and yet not available. It should be noted that a friend of mine does have
access to it and we both have the same content downloaded.
