    Unable to access Preview Program forums


    My Xbox One recently was updated with the New Xbox One Experience dashboard as part of the preview and I have since lost access to the Xbox Preview Dashboard app as it says "This app is for the Xbox Preview Program members only." I am also unable to access
    the preview program forums on the Xbox website as it reports back "Group not found".

    I am having this same exact issue. I can not access the store or anything on my console.

    Hey guys, while you are waiting for access to the forums, try going into the guide, settings, restart Xbox to see if this helps anything.

    Suddenly unable to access Xbox One Preview forums - please help!

    Same problem for me. Once the forums were updated, I'm still in the preview program but unable to access the preview forums. Seems like no help is available for this.

    Using the new xb1 UI

    If it says "Group not found" then you need to create a new post stating that you are a member of the preview program but that you're unable to access the private preview forums. An Xbox support agent will then grant you access to those forums
