Unable to Access Preview Program App

I have been in the preview program several months. I got in sometime in 2014. It worked fine I was able to do the quest and test the updates but the past few months I have been getting a message on the app that says, "You'll get a service message on
your Xbox One soon with more info." Then my only option is to exit the app. Is there something that can be done to fix it?

My Xbox One recently was updated with the New Xbox One Experience dashboard as part of the preview and I have since lost access to the Xbox Preview Dashboard app as it says "This app is for the Xbox Preview Program members only." I am also unable to access
the preview program forums on the Xbox website as it reports back "Group not found".
