    Unable to Access Preview Forums


    Hello again, this is the second account I have on my console (my main account is Flik Triplez) and this is also the parent account. This account is 100% a part of the preview program, as I can access the dashboard app. But still I am unable to access the
    forums with this account. Why is this happening? I am still receiving the error "Group Not Found". Can anyone help me out here?

    Well let's see today I sat on the phone for over 2 hours with Microsoft for my Xbox One. I have been unable to play any of my downloaded games or unable to have my profile read my licensing agreements to the games I have downloaded after I had an update
    2 days ago also my Xbox says that it is not registered to my account which it is but can someone please help me this is frustrating
