    Unable to access preview forums.


    I've been unable to access the preview forums to submit feedback ever since I got accepted into the preview program. I'm currently in the NXOE, and waiting for access to provide feedback and bugs. How would I get access to them, as it states "The Group isn't
    found"?

    You are meant to leave feedback via your console.

    For access to the preview forum make a thread in the xbox one support forums asking for access & someone will be along to sort that out for you

    Well let's see today I sat on the phone for over 2 hours with Microsoft for my Xbox One. I have been unable to play any of my downloaded games or unable to have my profile read my licensing agreements to the games I have downloaded after I had an update
    2 days ago also my Xbox says that it is not registered to my account which it is but can someone please help me this is frustrating
