    Unable to access preview forum


    I've been a preview program member for about a year or so. I got a new console but am unable to add it to the preview program because it doesn't show as ready to install. And now I see that I can't access the preview forum to get help. Could someone help
    me out here?

    I am a member of the preview program but I am unable to access the private preview forums.

    If you get a message that states that the "group cannot be found" PM a mod so they can grant you access to those parts of the forums.

    Well let's see today I sat on the phone for over 2 hours with Microsoft for my Xbox One. I have been unable to play any of my downloaded games or unable to have my profile read my licensing agreements to the games I have downloaded after I had an update
    2 days ago also my Xbox says that it is not registered to my account which it is but can someone please help me this is frustrating
