Unable to access Payment & Billing since most recent update

Sorry to hear the trouble with billing. Since this began have you tried removing your profile from your Xbox One, power cycling, and then adding it back? If not let's give that a try. Check out

Thank you for reaching out. I see you were able to redeem your Gold Subscription code but are unable to access online features. If you have attempted the troubleshooting suggested by our great ambassador Chief Joboo and are still unable to play online, you
may have to
update your billing info in order for your licenses to be registered.

Subscription Refund Webform due to region or language then please
contact our Live Support team. Also, the
Xbox Live subscription was updated. Now the monthly billing and renewal date are the same; the monthly subscription will be billed on the day it renews. Since the billing and renewal date are the same, there might seem like a one-time, sooner-than-expected
charge for your next renewal.

There is always the method of canceling the subscription however there is a chance the payment would remain. That is where the refund form comes into play but since you are unable to access the form, this is not the best method.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on pre-paid cards. majority of the time these will not work. In most cases you are unable to even add it to the account. You could howver try adding it to a paypal then add the paypal to your
account. Here is a
guide for payment options.

Note:Microsoft accepts payments from credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank accounts.

As you see it doesnt mention pre-paid cards.
