Unable to access parts of Forza Horizon 4 on PC due to "Parental Controls"!

This error is usually shown when the account you're on is a child/teen account OR if you've manually changed some settings. The settings are on this page
https://account.xbox.com/Settings but child accounts will be redirected to another page about adding a child account to a family group -
if your Microsoft account is an adult account you can see that page but any changes will not take effect.

Changing your birth date does not change your account status as your Xbox account age is permanently connected with the first date of birth entered when creating your account. Your account will be promoted to an adult account when it reaches 18 (20 in Korea
and Japan) on Xbox one. Xbox support can not change you from child to adult account in any way.

Your Microsoft account can be an adult account but the Xbox account can be a child account.

You will need an adult to create an account and add you to a family group to change some settings for you.

(Skip the above if you are really on an adult account) Have the adult on their adult account go here
https://account.xbox.com/Settings and click on the child's account and allow the option on the first page called "Share stuff people make (Xbox 360: Member Content)" to
everyone (must be everyone). Also, on the first page, "Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites" to Friends or Everybody. And on the xbox one/windows 10 tab the second option down, "Join multiplayer games", enable that. And then log out
and in on the account in question on the console/device and that account can play online and have that problem solved.

I would like to change my parental control settings because I am unable to access 'Find New Tunes' on Forza Horizon 4. My restricted content is 'Unrestricted' but I cannot access all the features on Forza.

you wont be able to change the parental controls on your account. only the person who has the parent account can make those changes to the settings

Thanks for trying Lester, but none of that helped. Still unable to connect to multiplayer in Forza Horizon 3 or Forza Horizon 4 on PC.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. We understand you are unable to access the auction house. This is a known issue on Forza horizon 4. Has been an issue since launch. Personally I am unable to access the auction house either, was able to for
the first 6 months of the game have done everything I could think of and still no luck. You would be best looking on the

Forza forums in help with this issue, due to it is an in game issue.
