Unable to access paintshop or clan featurs

    Unable to access paintshop or clan featurs


    So my xbox blocks certain community features such as clans on Advanced Warfare and paintshop on Black ops 3 what setting/other thing will be causing this?

    Customizables are locked?

    My emblems,paintshop, and clan tag are all locked. I looked up why and it it because I have customized something inappropriately. All are appropriate and I would like to be notified what I have done. Unless it is a glitch I have received?

    Unable to access paintshop or clan featurs

    Hi GoneBZRK,

    Anything that changes you experience is in the privacy setting, you can go to the setting by going to setting(AT home press on the menu button on the controller or going to it in the APPS section in the "My games and apps") and pressing A on "Privacy & Online
    Safety" there might be a setting the affects you using clans abd paintshop. does an error message come up with that you need to change your privacy setting?.

    you can also get to your privacy setting by viewing your profile in the "friends" APP

    But it might be something else affecting this, if you get any error message or message when you try and go to these things in the game please let everyone know.

    It says due to account restrictions you cannot access this game feature

    Also i have looked over privacy setting several times and no setting seems to be blocking these features

    I have fixed the problem by changing my settings to adult thanks for the help
