Unable to access or even uninstall downloaded content

I downloaded the Jason Vorhees DLC for Mortal Kombat once it was available and was able to play as the character with no problem. A week later, I found that Jason was no longer available to select within the game, but when I would go through the process
to re-download, the system would say that I already owned it. I've since been able to uninstall each piece of DLC for the game...with the exception of Jason. It simply will not uninstall no matter what I try. Now I'm left with a game that says I own something
but won't let me use it.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Why do you think they weren't downloaded? Are you unable to access this content in the game?

 

Cannot Access Store on XB1

I folks, looking for some help here. As of the past few days, I've been unable to access any content from the store or games with gold on my xbox1.

Any time a try I keep getting an error msg 0x800700d8 and a prompt to update or uninstall the app which I've tried but unsuccessfully.

Can anyone help please as its getting so frustrating.

 

Sorry to hear it. Have you tried powercycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down?

 

I have the same problem with Jason. Powercycling the console doesn't work.

 

Alright. Thanks for letting me know. There are two other things you can try. The first is easy the second will be up to you to decide if you want to do it.

1. Delete your profile, power cycle the console then redownload the profile.

2. Delete the game save. The save may be corrupted and what is preventing the game from working properly.

 

I tried the 1st option and it didn't work. For the 2nd option, do I have to delete the game save on my console or do I have to delete the game save everywhere?

 

Delete from everywhere. You'd have to start over from the beginning again.

 

Hey man, I am having the same trouble and recently started happening today with the tanya dlc.

I have no idea what to do and I really don't wanna delete everything.

Is there a fix yet?
