    Unable to access online services- I have an internet connection


    For the last hour plus I have not been able to access Xbox live. I have a valid internet connection (verified in system settings and via other apps (e.g. Netflix)). Every time I try to connect to multiplayer gaming (COD - Infinite Warfare) I get a message
    reading "Unable to access online services." Help?

    i have internet access. But when trying to go play online it keeps popping up saying im unable to access online services

    Did MS give up on "the cloud"?

    Actually most gamers would have other games or modes that don't require online access. Most gamers are connected most of the time but if they are not, there's will always be other options.

    Check the Xbox Live service status for your area, as it could just be a technical fault local to you.

    It does happen.

    Check the Xbox Live service status for your area, as it could just be a technical fault local to you.
