"UNABLE TO ACCESS ONLINE SERVICES" CoD: Modern Warfare

It's now Tuesday 10/29, and I still can't gain access to the online multiplayer portion of the game. I've gone over every troubleshooting step microsoft and activision has to offer and still nothing. I tried getting a refund as well and microsoft will
not offer it. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, tried wifi, tried LAN connection, tried port forwarding, tried setting static IP address in modem, tried forwarding MAC address, tried resetting UPnP to verify my NAT is open, ran numerous hard resets/reboots of
all network and console hardware, tried using DMZ, tried different ethernet cables, tried different coax ports in apartment, tried setting console to different location and time zone, tried disabling cross platform play and so on. My NAT is open and using
a fast wired connection. All network diagnostic checks are good. I'm getting to the point of exhausting all options. Any help at all would be very much appreciated. My console is a xbox one s.
