Unable to access online features for games via Game pass on pc. Keep getting network errors.

I've been trying to connect to the Surge 2 online features but I keep getting a network error, the same goes for Dark Alliance I cannot access the multipayer feature there either. I have followed some of the steps to aleviate the issue that I found on the support page but it still isn't working for me. I am using a linksys velop router.

So I tried the usual stuff ie restared router, restarted pc, etc. I then followed everything on here :

Everything was fine except for Solution 4 where IKE and AuthIP IPsec Keying Modules were set to manual I believe which I changed to automatic. I tested to see if I could connect to the online portion of The Surge 2 and Dungeons and Dragons Dark Alliance. Neither of those cases was I able to connect to the network of those games.

Games are only shared on consoles via the Xbox "Home" feature. There is no such feature on PC. Other than sharing access to your games and Xbox Live on consoles, the other features of Game Pass Ultimate are only for the subscriber.
