Unable to access old Xbox account

I am unable to access my old email account as I can’t get past the automated response message because I don’t remember mobile numbers and credit card details from like 10 years ago.

Any help would be appreciated or even if I can talk to someone who can actually help me as calling the technical support number just got me “try the verification request as much as possible”.

Even though I stated many times that I made the account years ago and don’t remember the details so it won’t get me anywhere, they still said to keep trying it.

Not impressed, I played on that account for YEARS and spent hundreds of dollars on games and I can’t even get access TO MY OWN ACCOUNT!!!

if you do not have any info left for the account i doubt Microsoft will give it back they are very strict on account security.

The only way that customer support would be able to help you beyond the account recovery form is IF you still have access to a XBOX console that the account was on at one point in time.

If you do not have access to one a console that the account was on then all you can do is continue to fill out the recovery form.

Microsoft takes account security VERY seriously. They want to make sure that when giving an account back to someone that they are for sure the owner of the account.
