Unable to access old email and having account issues for gaming.

I have the same problem. The email on my xbox live account is years old, I have no access to it anymore, and I am unable to add a new email because "I still need to verify my email." That's pretty difficult considering I no longer have access to it. Great

The downloads will be associated with a username and email address. If you are unable to access that account, then you likely won't be able to access any of the games either. I would recommend contacting Microsoft directly regarding an issue with your
account.

Well, Microsoft turned me down. It's because this form is intended for email accounts, not Games for Windows Live. I was unable to answer most of the questions as I wasn't using this account for email. So, not only I can't play my games online, but also
I cannot re-buy those bought on Steam, because I already have them. Everything because I lost access to my very old email account :/

I have the same problem too. Ive gone through xbox support line and have no other means to recover my old account. I had hundreds of dollars in games and i believe my old account was hacked since i dont have access to my old games. All i have is my old
profile info. No access to the emails associated with my old account or the phone number.
