Unable to access old account.

I have an issue that I have tried to resolve years ago and it failed. I want to try again as I want to get a xbox one but would like to use my old account. So long story short, my old account is registered to this email address and I deleted the email account
on msn years ago without thinking much about it, until I tried to sign into xbox live and noticed that my email was tied to the msn account. So i quickly recreated the email account but was unable to retrieve the account and seems lost forever. There are two
accounts tied to this email address and I would really like to get my old account back. Any suggestions on how one would get their old account back?

Unfortunately, phone and chat support are the only ones who can assist with this issue if you can't remember the correct email address. There is no longer an email address for support.

I've tried to contact Microsoft Support multiple times regarding this issue, but have been
unable to receive any help. My latest inquiry (two months ago) resulted in support saying they will contact me in a day or two with more information. Well, I was not contacted. Due to being busy at work, I haven't been able to follow up until
now.

The Problem:

Many years ago, I had an Xbox Live account that I used with my Xbox 360. Loved my gamertag. A couple years back, I had to sell my 360 and since then did not have a console. Upon upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 8, I was forced to create a Microsoft account.
Apparently it was different than my old account (different email addresses).

Recently, I purchased an Xbox One and have wished to use my original account and gamertag. Well, that account is so old, it's using an email address I can neither remember nor access. I know all the other information (gamertag, last date used, name on account,
etc). Unfortunately, none of that information helps me access my account.

I've contacted Support and offered to send them proof of identity so that I can get access to my account again.
No response.

I cannot use my Xbox One without my account details. I need help accessing my account!

I've contacted Support via phone and online chat. Neither method was helpful. I cannot seem to find an email address.

If someone can please help me, that would be great. I can't spend my money on your services without access to them. If I cannot get this situation resolved, I will be forced to return my console as I cannot use it.

If someone from customer service can please contact me, I will provide greater detail.

Have you been able to work through the recovery process for the account with our
account recovery guide?

If that does not help then you will want to reach out to the
