  1. Unable to access my Live Rewards Account


    I am currently unable to access my Live Rewards Account. Every time I try to log in I can see the page loading but then before I can do anything it automatically logs me out.

    I have tried to log in from an incognito session on chrome but the issue remained.

    PS: I have changed the region of my XBLA account some time ago but I am not sure that this was also applied to my Live Rewards account and I cannot check it now due to this issue...

    Unable to access my Live Rewards Account

    Hello YojimboSama00,

    We were able to log into your account and access the Rewards website, so it sounds like this may be a connectivity issue on your end. You may wish to try using an alternate browser, or try clearing the cache on your browser.

    Additionally, we can confirm that your Rewards Account is still set to the French region you registered with, and is only tracking purchases in Euro. Since your Microsoft Account is set to an alternate region, we cannot deposit Euro into that account since
    the regional currency is of a different type.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if
    you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at (
    https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ ) , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post
    after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Since you have used a Microsoft Payment Account in multiple different regions, our deposit process is unable to complete due to being unable to determine which of these Microsoft Payment Accounts is valid. If Xbox Live Rewards
    is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted to Microsoft Rewards
    points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

    We see that due to an issue with your Microsoft Account having multiple payment accounts, our deposit process could not determine a proper Microsoft Payment Account, and was unable to complete a deposit. The Xbox Live Rewards program is only allowed to
    attempt transactions with Microsoft Payment Accounts, which means it cannot interact with other types of payment accounts like a PayPal or Credit Card. If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted

    Rewards Credits STILL not deposited

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
    for the inconvenience. our other team is unable to provide a solution for this issue by the time of our transition, if Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft
