    Unable To Access My Downloads Library


    Not only can I not play my downloaded games, but I get two different types of messages, some saying I bought the game on another's profile(there's only one profile on my console) or an error message with a random code that's not on the error help site.

    Here we go again...... when will this madness stop?

    That's great but I am unable to download and play it on my PC.

    Game does not show up in my library list even though I see the purchase confirmation.

    cant sign in

    After several restarts, clearing cache, checking profile settings etc.

    It takes 2 minutes to sign in.

    Unable to get to my Xbox Live Video library. Can access Amazon/Netflix/etc. with no problems.

    Xbox 360 purchases not downloadable

    They will be, although there are other games in my library that are older (and also 360 games) that I can still access, download and play.

    Hi Darhyl,

    I am also experiencing this issue. I have tried all of the steps outlined above (including the factory reset) and am still unable to see my library or game pass titles. Please advise.
