unable to access my avatar page to add friends

I purchased XBox Gold on my avatar for my son. Is he unable to access Gold from his avatar?

Sorry I didn't supply the steps for friending someone online. Here they are:

1. Log in at xbox.com

2. At the top right is the MY ACCOUNT under your Gamertag next to your avatar pic

3. Hover over MY ACCOUNT then select FRIENDS

4. On the FRIENDS page is a small search box - type in the gamertag you are looking for

5. The gamers profile will appear

6. To the bottom right of their avatar picture is a few selections - ADD FRIEND

In the warning description there was a spot mentioning you could add friends; I've already posted for access to the feedback page. I can't currently access it...

You are unable to do this, a theme is programmed to have certain images to display on specific pages. Your only option would be to set a custom wallpaper instead of using a theme, however doing so would leave the avatar backgrounds in your friend list unusable.

Have tried all 3

-What browser you are using?

Tried Chrome, Edge and Android browser.

-How long is your suspension?

The suspension on my sons's account is until 10th October. My account has no suspension.

Neither account can login.

-Are you still unable to access the page?

Yes, As I said in my threas I found a workaround where if i log into xbox.com first then click on the link in the enforcement email it will bring up the case review page. However at top right it still says "Sign in" and therefor the site/browser doesn't
think I'm logged in so no case details show up.

Going direct to the Enforcement and logging in does nothing, It attempts it, but then just resolves back to same page with "sign in" instead of you name/avatar.
