Unable to Access my account

Try removing your account from the Xbox then re adding it. Here is a link for how to do that https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/...emove-microsoft-account-password-from-console

A power cycle may also help. To do a power cycle follow these steps

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to make sure we provide the correct solution. What is the error message that you are seeing when you try to sign in to your account? Do you see any error messages or error codes
when you log in to
the Microsoft website with your account? Do you own any other accounts on the console, and are you able to sign in to those accounts? Be sure to let us know the results!

It kinda helped but not really since I can't access my account to turn off auto payment so I'm still unable to remove credit card information.

LOL NOW SOMEONE ANSWERED MY POST 8 HOURS BEFORE i POSTED IT,,,

The error message 0x80000. Not able to sign in any other accounts. It says there is an account problem on all of out profiles.
