Unable to access Minecraft Marketplace

Hey all, I am unable to access the Minecraft Marketplace on my console, it is the Bedrock Edition not the 360 edition.

This is where it gets weird, I can access it via my PC but it is locked off saying there is a problem with my account and I cannot access any of the content I have purchased on my console, this has been going on for 3 days now, so now my kids cannot play
any of the 12 packs we have purchased on the console.

The error code is - 0 thats all, just a 0 .

Has anyone any idea why this is happening as my kids dont mess about on the console or visit the few servers that are there.

Still looking for some kind of help with this please.

I have tried the Xbox Support site but they are not interested other than sending me to an xbox gamer or virtual assistant where both have zero help, we paid for the content but now are unable to play it, I can play it on my PC but my kids dont go on my
PC they use the Xbox One X. So any help at all would be great please.

Im on console and I have an active game pass subscription. When playing MCC I don't get an error message im just unable to access the season pass content, weekly challenges and multiplayer. But when playing minecraft where the Marketplace is I instead get an error message that reads "There is an error with your account. You will be unable to use the marketplace until we have resolved the issue. If this issue persists for several days please contact support."

On minecraft it said that were unable to connect to the marketplace check your internet connection I tried that but it didnt work

on my computer i made a UI for minecraft i was able to use it in Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition i just need to access global resources in the settings i am unable to access it in my xbox but able to access on my computer
