    Unable to Access Microsoft Solitaire & Mahjong


    Recently I could not access either Solitaire or Mahjong. Both had a banner advising to install and nothing happened if you tried. I logged in as message requested and still nothing. Followed the instructions to uninstall and reinstall apps. When I try
    to reinstall, all I get are error messages" 0x80004005, 0xc03f300d and 0xc03f424e. I want my Solitaire Collection and Mahjong back in working order from Microsoft. I spent half a day yesterday attempting to resolve this issue to no avail. Microsoft needs
    to correct this problem immediately.

    I am able to sign into Microsoft Sudoku with my account, but unable to access Microsoft Mahjong or Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Why one account versus another? Error code 0x87DD0004 does not provide any information. please fix this issue!!!!!

    Recieved error code 0xc03f00d

    Can not access Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Mahjong or Jigsaw. Tells me can't sign in and get error code 0xc03f00d.

    I'm having the same issue. Followed the instructions posted three years ago to solve 0xc03f300d error message with no result. Still where this person is - I have uninstalled and cannot reinstall. This happened with Jigsaw several years ago, and I have
    never gotten it back. The good news is that I now have another fifteen minutes to be productive during the day. But it does irritate the heck out of me that Microsoft just ignores these problems. They are not user friendly.

    Solitaire & Casual Games freezes after launched.

    UPDATE!! I rebooted my PC, after the previous installation of Microsoft Mahjong, launched Microsoft Mahjong and opened OK. I launched Solitaire & Casual Games from within Mahjong, and it opened OK! It didn't work before the reboot, but now it did. Thank you!! I already closed and opened Solitaire & Casual Games and it continues working fine.
