Unable to access Microsoft Account Balance

I recently received an email concerning my Microsoft Account Balance about to expire. I want to go ahead and spend it in the Xbox Games store online, however when I proceed to checkout I do not see the option of using my Microsoft Account.

Jackpot coin balance not being saved

Since update to Windows 10. XBOX account to Microsoft Jackpot game has been unable to save statistics to cloud and keep receiving message with try again or continue anyhow........ I have just lost my balance and it is creating a new balance
in my account but message persists unable to save balance to cloud check your internet connection....

I'm glad someone on here was able to answer this question. I talked to Microsoft support and they just told me to clear my cache and restart the browser... They shouldn't have switched to the new currency if they couldn't support it yet.

If you're purchasing 360 content, you will have to make the purchase on the console. The website has not been updated to use the currency system for 360 content.

Thanks for reaching the forums. We understand you have a question on moving account balance. Unfortunately, Microsoft account balance is unable to be transferred or exchanged. Once it is on an account it stays to that account. You can try purchasing items
and gifting to an account you wanted it on.

Yeah...but it WORKS on the Xbox One Store...

The website has not been updated to work with the new currency system yet. You have to make the purchase on the console in order to use your balance. When you make a purchase on the console it will list your Microsoft account as one of the payment options.
