Xbox.com Unable to access Messages

I have been having this problem for WEEKS! Below is the message I receive on XBOX.com when I select the "Messages" tab:

"Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

It appears you've found a glitch in the system. Please try again later.

Also, when I click the "Messages" link on my Windows 10 XBOX app, the app just shuts down. This has been going on for TOO LONG! This needs to be fixed ASAP!

UPDATE - Signed out and back into W10 Xbox app and I am now able to access messages

 

I was just chatting with a support rep and they told me there may be some kind of enforcement in place, however my messaging works just fine on the xbox one console and the smart glass app

I was in the process of going through gamertags to change to, seeing what was available, after a while i eventually settled on one, i went to advance to the next screen and it came up with a load of code in two boxes, both boxes were yellowish and on a white
background,

after that, i keep trying to log into my XBL acc, but it keeps coming up with my email acc, which is tied to the XBL ACC

the error is as follows

Steps to repro: Unsure of hit rate due to unable to recreate the initial issue,

Browse throught a lot of XBL Gamertags on the check availability screen,

2: settle on one after about an hour, select to go to it, if the box pops up full of random code and text, bingo,

3: refresh and back out of this screen, it will take you back to the check availability screen,

4: after this try again on step 2, but as you know the name just put it in.

5. observe in theory the code issue.

ADD Info, I was on Facebook, and the XB website browsing the backwards compatibility list at the same time as doing this.
