Unable to access gold offers and subscriptions settings

hi

I've been facing this problem for about 10 days. I simply cannot access the gold offers from the main screen.

my gold subscription is ok once I'vet checked it directly in my account profile in the web.

moreover I have problem access my subscription from account settings on Xbox one. After a while the answer is an error code 0x80bd0006. I cannot find what's is this error.

any ideas?

Gold Membership Issue

Renewed subscription both on xbox support and console. Can now play online modes for my games, but I am unable to gain access to gold purchase or offers. Dashboard still says I need to purchase a gold membership. Payment confirmed.

Difference of Xbox Live Gold Membership and Xbox Live

A gold subscription allows you to play online multiplayer and access Games with Gold and Deals with Gold offers. If you don't pay with gold you have a Free (or Silver) account. You can still sign into Live to purchase content and access apps, but you can't
play online or access gold discounts.

Hey Ewan SB! Generally if you are unable to redeem an Xbox Live offer it is because a free trial has already used on your account. In that case you would need to purchase XBox Live subscription to gain access to Gold features. Thanks!

Hey there kobinnnk.

If you have a full Xbox Live Gold subscription (trials are not eligible), you should have access to each month's Games with Gold offerings. Do you have a trial, or is there a full Xbox Live Gold subscription on your account?

The Gold subscription now stays as it is and continues to offer the same things.

However there would be a lower priced tier where all you'd get access to are the media apps, such as Netflix and YouTube.

Microsoft recently said that media is one of the most used features of the console, so offering a media focused subscription might tempt Silver members more than the full Gold sub would.
