Unable to access Games with Gold section on Xbox One.

I'm trying to access my Games with Gold tile on my Xbox One and when I try to open it, I get a blank screen and it goes back to home. I also have a message on the tile saying that my Live Gold is expiring in January. How can I access that tile?

I cannot find a way to see what xbox games I own

I cannot find a complete list of what xbox 360 games and DLC I own.

I do not have access to my old Xbox 360.

I am unable to find a full list in the account section on the site. Only previous XBL gold purchases, points and a few games.

Your Profile Does Not Have Permission to Access GTA Online

An Xbox Live Gold Subscription is required to access the Online section of most if not all games on xbox.

Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.

You could also try purchasing the current Xbox One game via the link below.

I've this problem too about few days. Via xbox.com all works perfect - gold is on but in XO subsciription is to 01.2017 but inactive so i can't download games from gold without paying for it. :/

I had the problem earlier and I signed out of xbox.com on the website then signed back in and it then validated my Gold account and worked like it should. Good Luck!

Hello Cianka,

that is why unable to get the backward compatible games. They will not work with the 14 day trial unfortunately. In this link

describing Xbox live gold there is a section explains the trials.

With an Xbox Live Gold 2- to 14-day trial, you can get Xbox One Games with Gold, and discounted Gold deals.

If it was a one month trial you could get the backward compatible games.
