    Unable to access games and game saves


    I am on a silver account and do not have my xbox connected to the internet. When I try to play certain games such as GTA5 it prompts a message saying something like you're not signed in to an xbox live account, push A to sign in, so I do, and I select my
    account and try signing in to get the unable to connect to xbox live, do you want to test the connection, of course I'm not even hooked up to the internet so testing it would be pointless but if I say no GTA will start loading and then start from the beginning
    mission, if I try loading from inside the game it tells me that I'm not signed into an account which I am.

    The second problem I am having is with some downloaded games, for example soul calibur 5, when I try to launch the game it pops a message saying "can't launch soul calibur V", nothing more, I've had this problem before with the same game and it just sorted
    itself out one day, but I don't want to have to wait for my xbox to be up for it before I can tear a few games. Any ideas?

    Sort it out I pay for gold so wheres the access?

    Can't even save single player progress.

    Buy my games back from me and I will go to another format.

    Hey there Altimatic.

    After you started a new game did you save over your previous save? Unfortunately if you saved over that, you would be unable to access it and would need to play through the game again.

    After you started a new game did you save over your previous save? Unfortunately if you saved over that, you would be unable to access it and would need to play through the game again.

    Hey Sparky, I'm afraid that if you don't have access to LIVE, you will be unable to use the files that you have chosen to save to the cloud. Personally, I usually keep a copy of a recent save file of a game or two on my HDD, just in case. :)

    Thank you for the response. I am currently using a new console and I am unable to even access my old saves for fallout 4 so deleting them is not an option as the game will not even sync my previous consoles saves. Yes, I did keep the games when I reset the console.
