    The gamertag I have been banned on is. [MOD Removed]





    I have been permanently banned on my Xbox live account for purchasing a code from what I believed to be a licenced website.

    I started a case review which seemed to be going well, they asked me to gather all evidence I had to show that I was not intentionally using a code that I should not have been.

    Upon telling the enforcement team what evidence I had and asking how to send it across I have been unable to access the case review, I received an email yesterday (Tuesday May 1st) informing me that my case had been updated and required my attention.

    I have been unable to read the new comments and submit my evidence.

    I've spent multiple hours on the phone to many different people to seek advice on what to do, they have all told me to go to the enforcement home page, which I proceed to do, then I go to the enforcement history and click where it says "Case review need
    info"

    upon clicking the button it returns me to the enforcement home page.

    I feel like I'm not being given a fair chance to present my case, I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years. spent thousands of
    GBP on games alone, that's not including the consoles, accessories and memberships. Right now, I have an expensive paperweight and I am seriously questioning my gaming future.

    Please help.

    I'm currently unable to submit a case review because the account was banned 6 years ago, so long ago there was no way to make a case review and I am unable to submit one now because the ban was given so long ago and the case review system I assume was
    implemented recently. Is there any way this could be forwarded to the Enforcement Team?

    Try a different browser or computer to access the enforcement link to file a case review. Good luck.

    How can i speak to someone in the enforcement division at microsoft?

    The enforcement team does not use these forums. The only way to contact them is via the case review process on the site given to you above. If you are unable to access that site I would advise clearing your cache and/or trying a few different browsers.
