Unable to access Billing and unable to redeem a code.

Whenever I attempt to access my Billing Information, or redeem a code through my Xbox One, It acts as if it's going to allow me to access it, but after a half minute or so of loading, it always ends up saying "Try Again: There's a temporary problem with
the service. Please try again."

It's been doing this for the past week or so, and it's making it inconvenient to access digital content.

Any help would be appreciated.

Code error

I am unable to access xbox live due to my inability to redeem a code for a 12month gold acount. It has been like this for two days disbite it advicing to try and redeem the code again after a few minutes.

How do I redeem a microsoft rewards code? I am unable to redeem the code. I have called support and they are unable to redeem the points. They advised me to put a post on how to redeem the points. Can you pls contact me to figure a way to redeem these
points.

What happens when you try to redeem the code via xbox.com?

If that also fails then please check
http://billing.microsoft.com to see if all is correct.

If all fails then try and contact Xbox Support like mentioned earlier

Where did you receive the code? What's the specific error code and error message you receive? Could anyone have accessed the code and redeemed it before you got a chance to redeem? If you are receiving an error that the code is redeemed, unfortunately we are
unable to assist as we're unable to replace codes over the forums.

Thank you for reaching out. I see you were able to redeem your Gold Subscription code but are unable to access online features. If you have attempted the troubleshooting suggested by our great ambassador Chief Joboo and are still unable to play online, you
may have to
update your billing info in order for your licenses to be registered.

Unfortunately, you are unable to refund a gift card that has been redeemed. Xbox Support are unable to transfer across accounts.

"Important Before you redeem your code, make sure that you're signed in to the correct Microsoft account on your device or browser. Codes that are redeemed on the wrong account cannot be transferred to another Microsoft account by Xbox Support."
