I recently applied for the Ambassador program, however I am unable to access the Ambassador support section of the forums.

Hi

well you need the ambassador logo on the bottom of the gamerbox to access them. you can send a message to ms emmie and see if she will reply, but you are really going to have to wait (same thing happened to me also)

When did you sign up, recently? If you had the badge before but it's gone, it could be a temporary bug, or you may have been removed from the program.

Have you ever had any enforcement actions against your current Gamertag?

I also want you to know that there was a recent update to the ambassador website and it is currently having issues that they are working on fixing. Tenure and exp is not updating for others and me since the new website went live
