Unable to access account and am being charged monthly

Just to start off, I have forgotten both the email and password to this account and have no access to it.

A few years ago my little brother started a minecraft realm and shortly after left it. (The device he used is now broken, so can't use that). I was scrolling through amazon, and this realm was still being charged for monthly, even over the past 3-ish years
of inactivity. Wouldn't the account be disabled after a year? And if so, why am I still being charged?

Hi! I'm sorry to hear this happen to you. It's most likely still charging you because you or your little brother left "auto-renew" on. Because you don't have access to your account you should talk to xbox support and see if they can cancel the fees. I'll

It was a child account originally, I’ve been using it for a number of years now. I noticed the email problem when I signed up for Hulu on xbox and then was unable to access the account but I am still being charged for Hulu monthly. Just trying to receive
recovery emails as well as updates on the reward points that I’ve spent on raffles.

A few months ago one of my accounts was hacked by a user and they hijacked my account to firstmailer.net account. I apparently don't have enough info to recover the account.

However I am still being charged my monthly Game Pass subscription. I am unable to cancel this subscription because they refused to recover my account back to me.

Canceling the subscription from the Xbox side would require you having access to the account to login and cancel it.

If you are unable to recover the account then your only other option would be having your bank block any future charges.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox Communities Forum. I understand how frustrating it must be that you are being charged monthly for Game Pass on an account you can't access.

Due to data protection laws, Microsoft Support can only discuss these charges and assist you with cancelling it if you have access to the account which has the subscription. In this case, it is your bank's responsibility to prevent any further charges. If you can't find where this charge is comin g from, it's likely your card has been compromised. You may need to cancel the existing card and have a new one sent out to you.

Best bet is to contact support but ensure you know specifically what you are referring to. What charge? How much? What service is it charged for?

You may have a subscription recurring you arent aware of or an overdue amount that has been taken

Either way they will resolve it for you
