    Hi all, need your help.i try to redeem the gears of war 1 2 3 and judgement from gears of war 4 but none of it is working. I using xbox live malaysia account while my console is singapore set. Any advise please?

    Hi Xbox Team,

    I've received Gears of War 1 - 3 and Judgement codes for playing Gears of War Ultimate Edition.

    I was able to redeem Gears of War 2 and Judgement (already have GoW 3 on my account), but I am unable to redeem Gears of War 1. It just says "Something Went Wrong"..

    Any help?

    Cannot redeem Gears of War 1 and 3 that came free with Gears of War 4 on XBOX One

    I bought a copy of Gears of War 4 for the Xbox One a while back. It came with free downloads of Gears of War 1-3 and Gears of War Judgement. I was able to redeem Gears of War 2 and Judgment but am unable to redeem Gears of War 1 and 3. And with 3, it says
    the code has already been used but it does not appear in my library, whereas with 1, I am simply unable to redeem it. Please help.

    That would be why

    Your account region must reflect your actual tegioj.

    Since it isn't possible you cant redeem the codes

    You are only garentee content when you live in an xbox live region

    You should be able to redeemed the 2 and judgement as neither are region locked

    You can't have a Malaysian account as it's not possible since it's not a xbox live region from the looks of it you cancel out your membership which would make the codes unusable

    You should only use the migration tool when you live in an xbox live region

    Unfortunately there is nothing you can do for 3 months but to move back to where ever

    We can't help you redeem the codes because it canbypass the rules of xbox live you must select an xbox live region whe your time is up

    But you won't be able to redeemed 1 and 3

    Part of the terms and conditions of the xbox live and promotions like this one is that you have to live in an xbox live region

    Cannot download Gears 1 and 3 codes

    I have this problem as well. I live in the UK and have download codes for all 4 Gears of War games (1, 2, 3 & Judgement). I cannot redeem Gear 1 or 3 but 2 and Judgement redeemed fine.

    Same issue for me. I have been able to redeem codes for Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement, but haven't been able to redeem Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3. I also tried in microsoft.com/redeem with my Xbox associated account and didn't work either.

    Could someone advise on how to proceed further?

    To clarify, which codes are you referring to? Are you referring to the Gears of War collection that includes Gears of War 1, 2, 3 and Gears of War: Judgement?

    gears of war ultimate edition no codes for other editions

    Hi, I did receive my 4 redeem codes, however the codes for the original gears of war and gears of war 3 did not work, and do not work until today, I always get the code Xbos-0X80150017.

    The codes for gears of war 2 and judgement did work though.
