    I'm unable to download minecraft from the xbox one store. It says I need to change my settings to allow purchases. I have done this. My account is a child account but my parents have changed the settings. I have tried changing the settings to nothing and
    back. Also I have added a credit card.

    Unable to browse, rent or purchase movies or games from store after update.

    Received and update on my xbox one for the store app, now I am unable to view, rent or purchase anything in the store or anything linked to the store from the dashboard. Get an error that does not appear one xbox.com/errorhelp 0x80070bfa

    What can't I buy 360 games from the xbox one store?

    Whenever I try to purchase Xbox 360 games or original Xbox games in the Xbox one store (Including free games with gold) I get a message saying:

    "Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox."

    How can I fix this?

    you must add your parrents account to your xbox one and then you can buy stuff

    Already tried that as well. Even tried being removed from the family. Still no luck.

    1-800-469-9269 Xbox customer support number. I would probably have your parents there also. They should be able to help you out.

    1-800-469-9269 Xbox customer support number. I would probably have your parents there also. They should be able to help you out.

    That's really odd
    And if you ask to a friend who lives in your city if they experience the problem (or in the country)
    Are they able to purchase as usual?

    If yes, you may need to double check your account status directly with Microsoft via chat or callback
