Unable connect to internet with game.

In GT Racing 2: The Real Car Experience wich i playing on pc in the middle of the game all of sudden game don't allowed me to buy "green cash" with real money.Everything before was ok with buying a cash with real money but now game show me that i am offline??? But my internet connection is ok and run smothly.What going on with the game??? THNX

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems playing GT Racing 2.

Not only that, but I want to inform if this is the only game affected by this issue, it is recommended to contact Gameloft support.

However, as general recommendations, you can try:

A. Repair and reset the game.
This can be done by going to Apps > right-click on the game > app settings.

B. Connect your PC to a different Wi-Fi network, like a mobile hotspot.

C. Disable temporarily your firewall, VPN service or any other similar tool.

D. Reinstall the game.

I am having this same problem. I am connected to internet but unable to play call of duty, or any multiplayer game. I am given a message that says "unable to connect to online services"

I don’t receive any error codes the only thing I receive is unable to connect to game servers and unstable internet connection

What Country/State/Province do you live in?

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)?

Can you use your computer, to perform a basic IP connectivity test (ping) and post back with the result. Here's how:

On your computer, open up a command prompt (on Windows press "Windowskey + R", then type "cmd" and press Enter. On Mac choose spotlight and type terminal). 

 Windows: In the black window that opens, type: ping epix.xbox.com -f -l 1364

 Mac OS X: in the Terminal window, type: ping -D -s 1364 epix.xbox.com

@mister Balloons I'm using wireless and tried wired connection too.also i used Network Wizard and after some tries i posted here.

@Potato Shakes Router Model is ASUS DSL-N10E with 2.1.20 EU firmware.

all devices are connected to router with WiFi and just my xbox has problem.
