Unable buy some 360 games on One

Since months, I've tried to buy some 360 games on my xbox one. For some it works and some don't. This time I'd like to get STAR WARS TCS.

When I confirm I want to buy a 360 game, a message says that's impossible to buy it for the moment and retry later.

I've tried one my console and on my computer too.

What i'm supposed to do to get these games?

my Xbox one won't let me buy a Xbox 360 game . It says that my account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Can anyone help me

 

xbox 360 ! currency issue

I have a strange issue: I live in the Netherlands and my account is also set to this country (language and console) on my xbox one and windows account. But when I turn on my xbox 360 and I go to the marketplace, I find my account has the $ currency instead
of the € currency. I am unable to find the solution on my 360 and unable to buy 360 games (unable to add € to a $ currency) Can anyone help me out here?

 

Hi, all you would have to do is go to xbox.com and buy the game there and it will show up immediately on your games and apps

Not all Xbox 360 games are supported on the Xbox One. You can refer to the backwards compatibility list found here: Xbox One Backward Compatibility List | Xbox (scroll
down a bit and click the green button that says "View as text list" in the Backward Compatible Game Library section). The list grows each month.

I assume you mean "Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga" -- that should be compatible for the Xbox One. Do you have any parental controls on your account restricting purchases?

 

I was having the same issue. [Mod Removed].

 

Some games from my experience have done this before, the best thing to do is log into
Xbox | Games and Entertainment on All Your Devices and make the purchase there, this will allow after the purchase for your console to download the appropriate title. Also make sure that you are in the right region for the purchase as well
the console.

No unfortunately it's exactly the same message on xbox.com.

That's why I think there's something wrong with my account but I don't know what...

 

Just buy the disc (unless if the game hasn't been able to be backward-combilitified yet)

Are you a Child or Teen account (Under the age of 18)?

 

No I'm not, I've no parental control.

 

You might have issues with mismatched regions. Does your account region match your billing region?

 

1. Make sure you're not using a child/teen account in completing the purchase.

2. Try purchasing the game using an Xbox 360 console

You can go to account.microsoft.com and do two things:

First, scroll down to the bottom lefthand corner to verify that your account is set to the proper Language(Region).

Second, go to your billing information and make sure it matches your account region above.
