UN-WARRENTED BAN

Hi I was banned on my account for 2 weeks plus an additional 100 communication ban, both not warrented. A guy and a group of his friends decided to keep reporting me because they didn't like me. I did nothing wrong. I sent him 1 message calling him a "[Mod
Removed]" which is nothing compared to what he said to me. I didn't "harass" or "bully" anyone verbally or through text yet I got banned for it. There is no evidence of me doing such thing. You can't ban me just because some guy and his friends kept
spamming report when I did nothing. I filed a review but it says "desicion upheld". It's sad how you can get anyone banned on xbox as long as you have a few friends that can spam report with you on an innocent players' account. I'm appalled.

I got banned on my 10 year account for saying "they gave that game to you that's bs" in madden game. My history was bad before that but don't see how that's enough to get me banned. In madden plays always message eachothdr over glitch AI plays etc all the
time we're not harassing yet just discussing our thoughts/gameplay. Since my account was banned few months ago been going through depression I've tried restarting but it's hard. I ask for just a final review on my account. On new account I haven't been messaging
anyone I'm done with the trash talk for good gets you no where but where I an now.. Please eforcment team show us you care about all us gamers and look into this again.

Un ban

Your history or rep has nothing to do with your suspension. An account suspension completely blocks the affected account from being able to sign in to the Xbox Live service for the duration of the suspension. Account suspensions are issued for a specified
duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days, though egregious or repeated violations can result in a permanent suspension.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do. You can have a million complaints filed against you, but you will only receive a suspension/ban if the enforcement team determines you have done
something to violate the code of conduct/terms of service. Since you do admit to sending him a message that does violate the code of conduct, then it does sound like the enforcement team were correct. It doesn't matter who starts anything, if you respond in
a way that violates the code, you are equally at fault. In situations like that, it's best to file a complaint on them and block communications instead of responding.
