Un-recieved Game

So I pre-ordered Black Ops 4 and it came out on the 12th of October I believe. And now, just over a MONTH later, I still have not received it. I checked my order travking and it says the ahippmen was complete, it definitely is nit complete. Why have I not
recieved my package yet? This is ridiculous

Also, as a side note, this website is very difficult to find anything remotely helpful. There isnt anyway of talking to any actual staff memeber from what I can find

EA Access 1 month promotion code issue

Hello! So a couple of months ago, I recieved a 1 month EA Access code from the promotion "Giving the gift of EA." This promotion was around in February of this year. I recieved the code from the Xbox Live Message Center. I never got a chance to redeem the
code and it expired on May 30th. Is there a way that the code can be un-expired or if I could get a replacement code for it. Thanks!

 

HI, did you pre-order the physical or digital version of the game, and did you preorder on website or Xbox console?

 

You would need to contact Microsoft Store support for assistance if you pre-ordered the game as a physical disc.

 

I pre-ordered the digital deluxe edition (does this not get shipped to you? I thought it did?) and from the Microsoft website.

 

Digital versions of games are downloadable so they do not get shipped. It should have automatically downloaded to your console if it's set as your Home, or it should be listed as Ready to Install in your Games and Apps.

 

Oh, well its no-where to be found on my console at all. I find the lack of i structions from Microsoft a little frustrating. Oh well

 

Make sure the transaction still shows on Sign in to your Microsoft account and it wasn't cancelled or anything. Another place to check is just checking the game in the store itself
to see if it shows an install option.

If the transaction went through, but the store still doesn't let you install the game, you'll need to contact support. Contact Us | Xbox Support (click no, thanks
to the virtual assistant and you'll want either the support chat or to request a call back. If those options don't show, change your topic)

 

If it didn't automatically download I may be because you don't have enough disk space, worth checking your storage in settings.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with that issue concerning your game not showing up the way that you expected.

I would suggest that if they aren't coming up on the console, would be to check your order history on
account.microsoft.com and make sure that it shows there..

Have you tried browsing for it on the Microsoft store on the console?

Usually when you purchase a game online digitally, you should be able to download it from your Xbox through the store.

if the money went through, you might want to try that.

Try to delete the cache in the console or at least restart it, it is quite possible that the game will appear in Ready to Install.
