    un-able to sign in to xbox live at all.


    For the last couple hours I have been trying to log in to my Xbox live account, everytime I try I get the same message: "We couldn't sign you in to Xbox Live. We can't sign you into Xbox Live right now. Try again in a while. If that doesn't work, we have
    a few ideas that might fix the problem." followed by no error code so I don't have any idea what the actual problem is. I have also tried almost all of the options under "More Info". Help!

    sorry once a console is banned there is no un banning of it you will have to buy a new console as a banned console will NEVER be able to sign into live for even stuff like game updates.

    My first suggestion would be to try to delete the profile, clear the system cache 3 times, restart the console, and redownload the profile.

    I apologize for the trouble and as I have checked to sign in to Xbox Live should not be affected by the current Xbox Live service alert. Which you can validate on this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

    Depending on your issue, may I ask what is the error?

    Also, please perform an extended power cycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

    1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
