    .. I really hope you do not intend on charging gold members for this month of service. It's kinda getting old logging on to receive errors or the service is just down. It's rather disappointing logging into this website and seeing that all of my friends
    that have xbox ones gaming and having zero issues... This service lately,. its not worth a dime,................................

    ummm cause 99% of your other services still require you to phone to cancel?

    how doesn't it make sense

    like every service in the world there is different requirements for validating who you are and what you can do with your account

    most still require a phonecall for cancelation
