Umm my Xbox has bin on some type of green home screen and not letting me in can u fix it

Your console is stuck on the Xbox boot logo? You'll need to troubleshoot so lets power cycle the console alright.

First hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds.

The console should power off.

Start it back up and you'll receive the same boot logo this time wait for it to finish it should resolve the issue if not please let me know.

My xbox one s goes to green screen on start up and is slow, sometimes it will go to the home screen, but will not let me do anything else (games, apps,etc.). I have tried a soft reset and hard reset but it just goes blank then sometimes back to

It just usually stays on the green screen with the xbox one logo on screen and sometimes (rarely) it goes to the home screen but will not let me do much of anything, not even go to settings!

A few days ago my xbox froze up suddenly so I tried to switch it off and on again, only it wouldn't start up once I switched it on. After switching on the xbox, it displays the green startup screen for about
10 minutes, after that its just a black screen in which I cannot do anything. After another 10 minutes it will let me bring up the menu but nothing else l. If I try to click on home or any game, it just takes me back to that black screen. I've tried turning
it off and on and leaving it on that black screen for hours, but it still doesn't load anything, not even the home. How do I fix?
