    Hi all, I just hopped on Xbox and noticed something pretty odd... My tenure, which I believe was 8, is now completely gone. It's not on my profile here on the site, or on my profile on X1, or even in my "Games With Gold" section of the home screen. I can
    see some of my friends' tenures, but mine is just completely gone. Is something going wrong with tenures right now, or is it just me? Does anyone know of a way to fix it?

    My tenure disappeared on Xbox One console.

    My tenure has also disappeared from the xbox one but I can see my tenure on the xbox 360.

    Does anyone know why the tenure has been changed? My tenure was changed from 8 years to 6.

    It's a common problem you just have to wait for it to re appear

    Gamepass Ultimate upgrade deletes Xbox tenure

    My tenure has also vanished, but I know it was there a couple of weeks ago, and I upgraded to game pass ultimate before then, so I don't think it has anything to do with upgrading your subscription. Hopefully Microsoft will have it sorted soon.

    Tenure Gone

    I now have the same issue. Last night everything was fine then my tenure was gone. Support says my account shows 0 years but was created in 2002. My account turned 13 this year and in one day my tenure vanished. Could this have something to do with the preview
    program? My account has never been silver and never lapsed so I don't know whats going on. Please help I've had this account since the live beta!

    My 6 year tenure is gone

    I was at 7 and about to go to 8 years tenure this week and it just disappeared. I'm 1,000,000,000% sure I didn't have a lapse. I even checked the commerce site. It just vanished off my profile.

    Tenure reset and extremely annoyed.

    I had this last year.First my tenure didn't change,then it vanished,then it came back & eventually changed a couple of weeks after it should of.

    Friends have had similar issues but it always sorts itself out so hopefully it will for you.
