Sorry to hear you're unable to send messages. Let's have you first
power cycle your console if you haven't already. The next step would be to reset your router/modem—this normally means that you would need to unplug the power cable for that, wait 15-20 seconds, then plugging it back in.

Yeah I went through the whole article and I still cant download the game. The thing is when I first download the game my wifi broke for a second and xbox show me an error message. I tried to find the files that were downloaded for the game but couldnt find them. So I went to youtube and here to find a solution but as of now I havent been able to fix it.

Went to buy Bits (an ingame currency in Defiance) and a few movies, got a message saying it couldnt authorize my purchase. Called support, they couldnt find anything wrong with my account. Everything checked out: valid funds, no locks, etc. Spent close to
2 hours on the phone trying to figure it out. They sent my case to some higher ups and I was told Id get an email within 24-48 hrs but still have yet to receive one.

Still having issues with this really getting annoyed now, I've done everything the ''error code'' asked of me and still nothing, Comon microsoft... Cant contact anyone and even couldnt send out a xmas message (thx for that -.-) .....

Sorry for the issue with sending messages. Do you get any error any message? You could go to the
enforcement site and see if your account is suspended which would prevent you from sending messages. When you go to .site just log in it will say you have perfect record or show a
hammer and a suspension. If you don't have suspension try a
Power cycle of the console
