Um, I think my tenure is broken...

Hello, I'm sorry for bothering anyone, but I used to have a seven year tenure but I had to downgrade to silver for various reasons, and now I have no tenure, and that's kind of greatly stressful to me as my xbox live account was basically the only thing
I took great pride in, is it gone forever, or does it come back to seven once I re-activate gold?

Xbox Tenure reset to zero

It is October 2014 and my Tenure is broken, obviously the fix didnt work so well :/

 

I think my Xbox is broke?

It doesn't connect it to rhe console

 

Oh, and my copy of sonic the the hedghog broke a few years ago, it just constantly asks me to upgrade to full, despite it already the full version.

Oh, and I've already tried clearing the system cache.

 

It's now saying my account can't access Xbox Live, I don't understand, did I do something wrong? I don't talk to anyone, and keep to myself, why can't I access my profile? What have I done wrong?

Don't worry your 7-year tuner is still their. It will only show once you go gold again and will increase once you go gold. For the Xbox Live connection issue can you please give more information.

Please test your Xbox Live connection to ensure your getting best results and clear system cache 3-times to ensure all un-needed file are removed. If a error code or any Alert pops up please put that in the post with the extra information reply.
