Ultra street fighter 4 add on issue

I downloaded vanilla street fighter IV played it for a while, got bored, but then I noticed that there was an ultra update for 15 bucks. I downloaded it and tried to go to sf4’s options to add it on to the base game but it wasn’t there. What should I do?

Thank you for the information but I have already tried all of theses things with no results, so it might be a good idea to contact the game developer but thank you anyway.

For issues like these, we'd recommend trying some basic troubleshooting steps such as preforming a power cycle to your account, reinstalling the game, as well as removing your account. If the issue persists, it would be best to get in touch with the game developer for them to check the issue from their end.

I don't think the upcoming DLC works with Street Fighter 4, you need Super Street Fighter 4 (or SSF4: Arcade Edition). Best off waiting till Ultra Street Fighter 4 is out, that will contain everything they've released so far for the game.

Ultra street fighter IV is actually a DLC that is shown as available, not it's own game. I was wondering if that had anything to do with it. Also weren't prepurchases of the 30th Street Fighter Anniversary collection given Ultra Street Fighter IV?
